I think both can be defined as cheating. Looking at someone and then thinking their hot is not cheating. But going further like picturing doing stuff to them or with them is cheating in my book. Real or fantasy. I think its cheating. Kissing someone other then your bf or husband...cheating to me. Even if there is no tongue involved. But again that's what I think.
